A native android app built for DMC to allow their agents to complete debt consultations, capture client details and banking information out in field and then sync to Head Office for processing.
Cobi designed the UI, Android app and integrated with DMC’s servers.
Features an ‘auto-scan’ with edge detection to capture signed documentation as pdf documents and upload to HQ works both online and offline to cater for areas with lack of connectivity. HQ can push in-app notifications and notices are saved to users inbox.
In-app bank details checks (AHV) and status notifications.
The App was successfully rolled out to a group of test agents. Further enhancements and feature work commencing. Cobi to give input on UX, UI, Functionality and improvements.
