Shout it Now

Shout it Now built and deployed a mobile HIV advice unit which utilizes touchscreen displays to capture client details and to guide them through a series of questions to ascertain if they are at risk and should get tested for HIV/AIDS. They are directed to their nearest testing centre where they can get tested and support.

Shout it Now engaged Cobi for the User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) portion of their app which runs on 21,5″ touch-senstive screens for an HIV mobile testing solution.

Cobi worked on the User Experience and User Interface in close collaboration with the client and developers using Balsamiq and Zeplin. Targetting a lower LSM segment meant the creation of and testing against Personas was a crucial step in the process which helped validate UX and UI decisions and idenitfy potential areas of improvement.

SIN has deployed a few units to several areas and testing is going well. Additional advice flows were developed for the nurses and doctors completing the testing and used the UX and UI templates developed.
